SAFE AND AFFORDABLE
HOUSING
We provide safe and affordable housing for individuals and families who are experiencing
homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless. Our housing units are well maintained, furnished, and equipped with all the necessary amenities.
CASE MANAGEMENT
Our case managers work with clients to develop individualized service plans that address their
specific needs and goals. We provide support with accessing healthcare, education, job
training, and other essential services.
FOOD ASSISTANCE
We offer food assistance to ensure that our clients have access to nutritious meals. We
have an on-site kitchen and pantry, and we also partner with local food banks to provide
additional support.
HEALTHCARE SERVICES
We provide access to healthcare services, including medical and dental care, mental health
counseling, and substance abuse treatment. We partner with local healthcare providers to ensure that our clients receive the care they need.
EMPLOYMENT SERVICES
We offer job training, resume writing, and job placement services to help our clients secure
employment and achieve financial stability. We also provide access to computer labs and internet services, which are essential for job searching and applying for employment.
